The river originates in the high mountains of Cilento near Monte Cervati. Within the mountainous region, it initially flows north past the towns of Laurino, Felitto, Aquara, and Castelcivita. In the Sele plain, it then runs west, parallel to the Sele River for a while, before joining it approximately 5 kilometers before the Sele flows into the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The last male in the litter. Curone was born at 3:44 pm and weighed 262g. Our lightest of the bunch.

The male puppy was also born without an amniotic sac and placenta, was immediately active, and suckled at his mother Aurora's teats just one minute later.
